By using this website, contacting us or booking a consultation, you agree to these terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
02Our Services
Kundli.info offers Vedic astrology guidance, including Janam Kundli reading, Kundli predictions, Kundli matching, love, marriage, career, business and health astrology, and guidance on remedies such as Rudraksha, Yantra, Gemstones and Puja. Services are delivered personally by phone, WhatsApp or email.
03Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to book a consultation on your own.
- Consultations for a minor (for example, a child's Kundli) must be booked by a parent or legal guardian.
- You agree that the information you share with us is true and that you have the right to share details of any other person (such as a partner for Kundli matching).
04Booking & Consultations
- Consultations are booked by call, WhatsApp, email or the form on our Contact page.
- Your slot is confirmed only after we reply and the consultation fee is received.
- Please be available at your booked time. Delays from your side may reduce the length of the session.
- The consultation fee is ₹500 per session unless a different amount is agreed with you in advance.
05Accuracy of Birth Details
Astrological readings depend on the date, time and place of birth that you provide. We are not responsible for any wrong or incomplete reading caused by incorrect or approximate birth details shared by you.
06Nature of Astrology — No Guarantee
Astrology is a traditional system of guidance based on Vedic principles. Predictions and remedies are interpretations made in good faith and are meant to give you clarity and direction. We do not guarantee any specific result, event or outcome, and results may differ from person to person. All decisions you make based on our guidance are your own responsibility.
07Not a Substitute for Professional Advice
Our guidance is for spiritual and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified doctor, lawyer, financial advisor, psychologist or any other professional. Please never stop or delay medical treatment, legal action or financial decisions because of an astrological reading.
08Payments
- Payments are accepted through UPI, bank transfer or other methods shared with you at the time of booking.
- All fees are in Indian Rupees (₹).
- Puja, ritual and remedy charges, where applicable, are informed to you before you pay.

09Remedies, Puja & Products
Remedies such as mantras, gemstones, Rudraksha, Yantras and Pujas are suggested according to your chart. Following any remedy is your personal choice. Where products are supplied through us, we try to source genuine items, but natural products such as gemstones and Rudraksha may vary slightly in colour, size and shape from pictures shown.
10Your Conduct
When using our website or services, you agree not to:
- Use abusive, threatening or offensive language with the astrologer or our team.
- Share false information or details of another person without their consent.
- Record, publish or share the consultation or its content publicly without our permission.
- Misuse the website, try to break its security or copy its content.
We may refuse or stop a service if these rules are not followed.
11Communication
By contacting us, you agree that we may reply to you by call, WhatsApp, SMS or email about your enquiry and consultation. Your personal details are handled as explained in our Privacy Policy.
