01Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid services offered on kundli.info by Astrologer Shishir Kumar Rai, including personal astrology consultations on phone, WhatsApp and email, Puja bookings, and any remedies such as Rudraksha, Yantra or Gemstones purchased through us. By making a payment, you agree to the terms below.
02Consultation Fee
Our personal consultation fee is ₹500 per session. As astrology consultation is a personal and time-based service, the following rules apply:

03Why Completed Sessions Are Non-Refundable
Once your Kundli has been studied and the consultation has been given, the astrologer’s time, knowledge and effort have already been spent on your chart. Astrological guidance is interpretive in nature, and different people may experience results differently. For this reason, refunds are not given after a consultation is completed, or because a prediction or result did not match your expectations.
04Puja & Ritual Services
- If you cancel a Puja at least 48 hours before the scheduled date, we will refund the amount after deducting any costs already spent on Puja samagri, priest booking or temple charges.
- If you cancel within 48 hours of the Puja, the Puja can be rescheduled once, but no refund will be given.
- Once the Puja has been performed (in person or online with your name and Gotra in the Sankalp), it is not refundable.
- If we are unable to perform the Puja on the booked date for any reason, you will get a new date or a full refund.
05Rudraksha, Yantra & Gemstones
If you purchase any remedy item through us, the following applies:
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned with its certificate (if provided).
- Items that have been energised (Pran Pratishtha), customised, cut, set in a ring or pendant, or worn cannot be returned.
- If an item reaches you damaged, please share an unboxing video or photos on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or wrong.
06Duplicate or Failed Payments
If you are charged twice for the same service, or money is deducted but the payment is shown as failed, please contact us with the transaction details. After verification, the extra or failed amount will be refunded in full.
07How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, send us a WhatsApp message or email with:
- Your full name and the phone number used for booking
- Date of payment and amount paid
- Transaction ID / UPI reference number
- The service booked and the reason for your request
We will reply within 2 working days to confirm whether your request is approved.
08Refund Timeline & Method
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (UPI, bank account or card) within 5–7 working days. Your bank or payment provider may take a few additional days to show the amount in your account. We do not give refunds in cash.
09Non-Refundable Cases
- Consultations that have already been completed.
- Dissatisfaction with a prediction, or results taking longer than expected.
- Incorrect birth details (date, time or place) given by you.
- Pujas that have already been performed.
- Energised, customised or used remedy items.
- Requests made after the time limits mentioned in this policy.

11Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any change will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. The policy in force on the date of your payment will apply to your booking.
